Job Description: IT Help Desk Technician (USA Shift) We are looking for a tech-savvy IT Help Desk Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support, ensuring that our internal departments and customers receive efficient solutions for their hardware, software, and networking needs.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Resolve technical issues related to telephones, hardware, computer software, computer networks, and IT applications for both internal staff and external customers.
● System & Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain the company’s website, information systems, and servers.
● Installation & Maintenance: Install and configure software, hardware, computers, and various technology devices, as well as perform necessary repairs on company computers.
● Incident Monitoring: Track the resolution process of technical incidents and perform follow-up monitoring after they have been resolved.
● Communication & Collaboration: * Answer inquiries and provide detailed information to customers.
○ Interpret complex technical information into understandable terms for customers to facilitate quick resolutions.
○ Connect with other departments to thoroughly resolve major technical hurdles.
● Process Improvement: Provide active feedback on current IT processes and recommend areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
● Experience: Proven experience working as an IT Help Desk Technician or in a similar customer support role.
● Technical Proficiency: * A good understanding of computer systems and the ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues.
○ Experience identifying system issues to assist users with software and network-related problems.
○ Must be tech-savvy with experience in a tech-related field.
● Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required to provide customer support via meetings, emails, phone calls, and chat.
Working Conditions
● Schedule: Monday to Friday.
● Timezone: Must be able to work according to USA time.
